Completed - CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our internet service providers CenturyLink, for the Honolulu cloud location, performed the emergency network maintenance successfully. The maintenance was a part of a large scale project that aimed to upgrade cards on their IP platform. The actual works took 4 hours in total.

All support activities were conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
Some customers may observed a brief interruption of the network connectivity during the maintenance. The traffic was automatically re-routed through our backup provider.

Scheduled - CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our internet service providers, for the Honolulu cloud location, is going to perform an emergency urgent maintenance as part of a large scale project to upgrade cards on their IP platform. The actual works are scheduled to take 4 hours in total.. This hardware replacement will mitigate an existing defect that has previously caused instances of traffic being dropped. This project will increase network reliability and avoid future network

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s Support and Operations staff.

IMPACT:
Please note that there may be a brief disruption of the Internet connectivity as traffic automatically reroutes through one of our other lines.

Completed - The maintenance works were concluded with success. The software governing the storage cluster was updated and the system is operating at peak efficiency. Previously reported issues were addressed and resolved. The total duration of the maintenance was 1 hour. No impact was observed on any running servers in the cloud environment.

Scheduled - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform scheduled maintenance of our storage cluster in the Honolulu cloud location. The maintenance aims to upgrade the underlying software of the storage cluster. This update will address some issues that tend to cause delays in certain operations. All scheduled tasks are expected to complete within 8 hours in total.

All support activities will be conducted under direct supervision by CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance, a brief delay may occur with some storage operations. Aside from that effect, no impact is expected on the already running machines in our environment.
