CloudSigma would like to inform you that we are planning to perform scheduled hardware maintenance of the Honolulu cloud. More precisely, we will be replacing a hard drive of one of our compute hosts sustaining the cloud.

All support activities will be conducted under the direct supervision of CloudSigma’s DevOps staff.

IMPACT:

There will be no impact on already existing/running customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility, and/or any other running services. The actual maintenance is scheduled to take no longer than 1 hour in total.

Completed - CloudSigma would like to inform you that the planned maintenance of our API server in the Honolulu cloud location was performed successfully.

IMPACT:
There was no impact on already existing/running customers’ virtual machines, hosts, network accessibility and/or any other running services. During maintenance, customers were not able to perform API calls, either directly or through the web interface (panel), for about 15 minutes. Also, a brief interruption on the web interface occured.

Completed - CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our internet service providers, for the Honolulu cloud location, performed a planned maintenance of their network. The actual works took 3 hours in total. During the maintenance our network provider upgraded the software of their IP platform. The upgrade contains a number of reliability enhancements, new features, and patches that will mitigate software limitations.

IMPACT:
During this time frame, the traffic was rerouted through one of our backup lines. There was no imapct on running virtual machines, hosts, private network accessibility and/or any other running services.

While it is important such maintenance to be performed to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
