[HNL] Emergency Network Maintenance

CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our internet service providers for the Honolulu cloud location, successfully performed an emergency maintenance of their network. More precisely, our provider upgraded the underling software on one of their routers. The actual works took 3 hours in total.

IMPACT:
During the maintenance, a brief interruption occurred while the traffic was rerouted through our second line. There was no impact on running virtual machines, hosts, private network accessibility and/or any other running services.

While it is important such maintenance to be performed, as this to ensure the quality of our services, we try to do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience to our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
