CloudSigma would like to inform you that one of our internet service providers for the Honolulu cloud location, successfully performed planned maintenance of their network. The actual works took 3 hours in total. The maintenance aimed at troubleshooting and clearing network alarms in order to prevent future interruptions to customer service.
In the 3 hours’ time window, a brief interruption occurred while the traffic was rerouted through our second line.
While such maintenance works are important to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience for our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.
